Information Gathered by the VHS through the Website.

VHS gathers two basic types of information through the Website: (i) "Personal Information," i.e. Information from which an individual can be identified, and (ii) "Aggregate Information," from which an individual cannot be identified.

The Customer would obtain the relevant permit (consent) from the Data Subject / Data Principal through its Online Privacy Notice.

1. Aggregate Information:  When you visit the Website, the VHS and the third parties with whom the VHS has contracted to provide services, may collect anonymous information from three sources: server log files, cookies, and pixel tags.

 2. Server Log Files: Your Internet Protocol (IP) address is an identifying number that is automatically assigned to your device by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This number is identified and logged automatically in the VHS's server log files whenever you visit the Website, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. IP addresses of all Visitors are used by the VHS to calculate the Website usage levels, to help diagnose problems with the Website's servers, to administer the Website and to advertise, market and solicit the sale of items sold on the Website to the target Visitors. VHS may also use IP addresses to communicate or to block access by Visitors who fail to comply with the Policy and/or the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website. This information flows from: Customers and SFTP servers to the Commerce platform (StoreFront, Cart, Order Placement, processing and reporting), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and SFTP servers. Collecting IP addresses is a standard practice followed on the Internet and is carried out automatically by many websites.

3. Cookies: Cookies are data that a web server transfers to an individual device for record-keeping purposes. Cookies are an industry standard used by most websites and help facilitate users' ongoing access to and use of a particular website. Facebook Remarketing / Retargeting (Custom Audiences Pixel) The website uses the "Custom Audiences" remarketing feature of Facebook Inc., 1601 S.
